Office Administrator Position

Duties will include:

  • Client, supplier & trade correspondence
  • Assigning & tracking project hours
  • Organizing files & materials library
  • Basic invoicing
  • Scheduling meetings
  • General office duties as assigned.

Skills required:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset.
  • Office Admin/ Admin Assistant Diploma & min 3 years experience required.

Compensation information:

  • The position will start at 25 hours per week.
