About the Position:
S3 is looking for a full time Senior Interior Designer. This Designer will focus primarily on residential projects of various scale from new home design to renovations and additions. The role will require assisting our commercial design team when required. This role requires the ability to lead the design process from concept to completion. In addition to design skill and experience, strong communication and organizational skills are required. This individual must be a team player with a client focus and positive, respectful attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year Bachelor degree in Interior /Environmental Design
- NCIDQ certification or working towards certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Ability to balance design excellence, sustainability and cost effectiveness
- Ability to teach and direct junior team members
- Fluency in English
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
