Why we did it:
Black Cat Wear Parts contacted us to design their brand new office building for their manufacturing plant in Selkirk Manitoba. They were looking for an office environment that reflected the success of who they were as a company and they were ready to invest in their employee’s well-being.
Working hand and hand with the client we were able to design an efficient and dynamic office environment which included lots of natural light, sustainable materials, and a variety of collaboration spaces. The project involved creating a functional layout for office workers and the warehouse staff which included; barrier-free locker rooms, change rooms, and washrooms, a lunchroom, a large training room, meeting rooms, staff kitchenette, private offices and a large open office area.
What we did:
S3 collaborated with Crane Steel Structures to produce a full drawing package and specifications for the project.
