This complimentary 15 minute call allows us to learn about your project, discuss your goals, and introduce our design process. Together, we’ll determine if we’re the right fit before moving forward to the Discovery Consultation.

During this two hour in-home consultation, we take the time to understand your home, your lifestyle, and your goals. We discuss your wants, needs, lifestyle, design preferences, functionality, budget, and future goals to create a clear understanding of how your home can better support you now and in the future. Following the consultation, you will receive a customized scope of work and concept images to guide the next steps.

With the project officially underway, we complete the behind the scenes work required to move into the design phase. This includes a site measure, documenting existing conditions, taking inventory of your space, and gathering any additional information needed to guide the design direction.

This is where your vision begins to come to life. Using everything we’ve learned about your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, our team develops the initial design concept and floor plan layout. We then present the direction to you, gather your feedback, and refine the design prior to Trade Day.

Before moving into detailed design, we seek input from trusted trades and consultants. Trade Day is exactly what it sounds like: an on-site meeting with the key trades and consultants who will play an essential role in building your dream space. The more feedback we gather early in the process, the more effective our design will be, and construction will run more smoothly.

We now move into detailed design, where we complete the drawing and specification package for your project. This stage includes 3D renderings, detailed floor plans, lighting and furniture layouts, elevations, construction details, and all finish, fixture, furnishing, and window covering selections. We also gather pricing from trades, consultants, and suppliers. At “The Presentation” meeting, we reveal the completed design along with the associated costs. This allows you to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We incorporate your feedback before final revisions.

Throughout construction and installation, we oversee every detail of the project to ensure everything is executed according to plan. This includes coordinating schedules, conducting site visits, communicating with trades and suppliers, reviewing change orders and payments, and addressing any construction deficiencies or issues that arise during the process.

Once selections are approved, we manage the ordering and coordination process for furnishings, fixtures, window coverings, and decor. This includes processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers, and resolving any older issues along the way.

The final phase brings the project to life. We bring our keen eye for artful placement of furnishings & accessories to craft a space that is personalized for you. Once everything is in place, we reveal your finished home.

Once your project is complete, professionally styled, and ready to enjoy, we capture the finished space through photography and video. This final step celebrates the transformation, provides beautiful images for you to keep and share, and allows us to showcase the thoughtful design solutions that brought your vision to life.
