Sky City Centre – Fortress Real Developments
Why we did it:
After Fortress Real Developments from Toronto decided to propose the tallest urban condo building between Toronto and Calgary in the SHED district in Winnipeg, they needed a show suite to display their offerings. S3 was commissioned to complete their model unit. They wanted a space that felt fresh, sophisticated and eclectic. We worked closely with local manufacturers and distributors to bring together furniture and accessories, including a custom barn-wood dining table, bench and coffee table.
Fortress Developments has a show suite that will impress potential buyers and invite them to make Sky City Centre their future home.
