Who we did it for:
The Kristjanson Family
Why we did it:
This Wildwood home had seen multiple owners over its lifespan and after going through 2 previous additions the homes function & flow, as well as the overall aesthetic needed a revamp. The family wanted to revitalize the interior by opening up the main living space to have sightlines from the front foyer to the back of the house. In order to open up the main floor the existing den was demolished & relocated to a 2nd floor bedroom.
A new granny suite complete with a 3 piece bathroom & wet bar was designed in the existing family room for their extended family. Along with the granny suite the remainder of the home received new finishes to flow throughout.
The final outcome is a traditional style that matches the clients’personalities with an edge of contemporary detailing for home that will last the test of time.
