Our clients loved the established community in which they lived. It was where they had purchased their first home and started building their family. When it came time to upgrade, they realized that they didn’t want to leave the community but couldn’t find a house that matched their ‘wish list.’ They decided buy a lot, remove the existing home and build their new forever home. They wanted a classic, elegant style with traditional elements like a butler’s pantry and formal dining room. The home had to function for their growing family and blend into their heritage neighbourhood.

Accomplishments:
We started the design process by reviewing the existing floor plans and offering insights into modifications that might enhance functionality. Then it was time to elevate and detail the feature areas. Working closely with our client, we ensured that each finish and fixture captured the classic, elegant and polished aesthetic that was appropriate for this timeless, forever home.
