DISCOVERY:
Lakeview Insurance is a repeat client of S3. Their offices were rapidly expanding, and they needed additional space for their commercial division. Along with the need for more space, the clients wanted to bring connectivity and community to their spaces, so employees had flexibility in their work environment.
The company wanted to create a variety of zones for their staff to enjoy; such as a corporate lounge/ kitchen for colleagues to gather during coffee & lunch breaks or during social events; a proper staff entrance with storage that welcomes the team in; a combination of private offices, open workspaces, break out rooms, and privacy pods. We achieved this while also maintaining their brand image, colour palette, and respecting their existing office space which was renovated only eight years ago.

A collaborative effort between the client, the construction team, and the design team made this space the thriving office it is today. The space has continuity with the existing design while bringing architectural detailing throughout to give it a brand new feel. Lakeview Insurance now has a space they can enjoy as their team continues to grow & flourish.
