Professional Interior Designer, Principal
B.I.D., PIDIM, NCIDQ
Tracy’s love for analyzing space and ‘figuring out the puzzle’ led her to a career in design. She received her Bachelor’s of Interior Design from Louisiana State University and is NCIDQ certified.
Tracy began S3 Interior Design in 2003 with the goal to grow a company that would make a difference in the industry by focusing on environmental friendliness, smart & functional design as well as giving back to the community.
One of Tracy’s favourite projects was the design of her own straw bale home, where she resides with her husband Kevin, daughters Camille & Peyton and dog, Jezebel.
Interior Designer

Carrie’s design career path started in 2001 when she moved to Winnipeg to attend the University of Manitoba. She graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Environment design (B.Env.D) & obtained her NCIDQ certification in 2017.
Carrie joined the S3 team in 2009 with a working knowledge of both residential & commercial design. She currently leads the S3 residential department and her passion for design stems from her belief that interior design is meant to improve your lifestyle, health and well-being.
Outside of work Carrie is involved in the Young Construction Leaders of Manitoba group, and follows Sustainable Building Manitoba for events & learning opportunities. She is also very active in the summer and winter playing sports, traveling or spending time with her family & friends.
Designer
B.Env.D. (Interior Environments)
Tia is a recent undergrad of the University of Manitoba’s Environmental Design program, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in spring of 2018.
Tia’s love of people and bettering spaces occupied on a daily basis led her to interior design. Tia believes that having an influence of one’s immediate space, particularly the home, is a great privilege and opportunity. She has a passion to create spaces that encourage and engage community. As a young designer, she deeply enjoys learning from the other women in the office and gleaning from their wealth of knowledge and experience.
Apart from work, Tia loves spending time at her cabin in the Whiteshell, analyzing movies, and planning parties. She has a heart for children and enjoys volunteering at her home church. When asked, Florence is her new favourite city in Europe.
Interior Designer

Zoe is a recent graduate of the University of Manitoba, graduating with her Masters of Interior Design in spring of 2020. She is eager to continue designing with the S3 team, working alongside our clients to create functional, healthy, beautiful spaces and to see them come to life.
A strong believer that design has an impact on people’s wellbeing, Zoe considers the human experience both physically and emotionally while designing. Zoe’s research interests include gender, inclusivity, place-making, and the intersections of social justice and design. She aims to utilize this research to create meaningful places with a positive impact on individuals, the greater community and the environment.
Aside from work, Zoe enjoys a good Netflix binge, but can also be found camping. She previously worked at a summer camp as a counsellor and a canoeing instructor.

Jessie-mae is a graduate from Red River College with a Diploma in Residential Decorating which she completed in 2012. She also attended the University of Manitoba and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Art in 2016. She is currently working towards a Bachelor’s of Interior Design from Yorkville University.
Jessie-mae has a love for design that began when she was a child. She has been involved with industry for 7 years and has experience in designing and project managing bathroom and kitchen renovations.
During Jessie-mae’s down time she likes to listen to podcasts and audio books, go to hot yoga classes, and when she can travel to learn more about other cultures from around the world.
